Very helpful staff, on site parking, Breakfast too! So many places lack this and we booked here because it's available. Our stay was for work and it good to start the day with a good cooked breakfast. Lots of shops on hand and eateries too. Would recommend this place to others
This was a great hotel for the England rugby we got a bus to the ground we were early so they put our bags behind and gave us a ticket there is a Tesco over a bridge behind the hotel so everything you need is in walking distance
First of all the food was amazing we stay at alot of premier Inn s and the food was by far the best we have experienced. The staff were friendly professional and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel it self is a little run down and could do with some money invested in it and modernising. But the beds were comfy at that's the main thing. Overall a really good place to stay.
Great staff, good food, covered parking. Have been using the hotel on a weekly basis since November,. The only issue I have is with the Wifi, both the paid and free, as both are equally slow.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always happy to assist. The location is convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
Decent premier inn. Stayed here for one night for work, room was clean, quiet and the comfy bed you’d usually expect from a Premier Inn. Staff were friendly both at Check in and breakfast in the morning. Car park was right next to the hotel, and discounted to £7. It is quite small and max height of 2m as it’s multi-storey. Good base for getting to Heathrow and surrounding areas, will probably be back here rather than one closer to Heathrow.
Stayed in Premier Inn for a night, the room was clean staff were approachable and helpful, dinner was lovely and one of the staff member name Jean was brilliant serving our food with delight.
First off I am leaving this review thanks to Jean for how attentive and polite she is. A credit to the premier inn. She is the reason I have left 5* over all. She even picked up an iron for me while I was having my dinner so I didn’t have to faff around getting one afterwards! Otherwise, I am here on a business trip. The room was booked by my company. Dinner was included in the room rate. Hotel definitely needs updating. Rooms are not great - room requires updating and bigger TV etc. Can’t really comment on location but it is next to a retail park which is useful. Parking is around the corner at £10 a night. The hotel appears clean and tidy. Check in process was easy.
